while she may not seem the part, sugar is *extremely* hyperactive. not physically, but mentally. she can't bear being understimulated for even a moment, and eating is increasingly becoming the only stimulation she responds to. it's just so good that everything else pales in comparison.

she views even the slightest movement as a monumental exertion... lifting her arms to her mouth to shovel more food in is so exhausting. so she needs even more food to compensate. and thus needs to lift her arms more... and so more food... and on and on and on

I get that worry, too. honestly often how I talk with friends is that talking about characters and whatnot eventually segues into just normal small talk somehow. you'd think it would be the other way round, but it usually isn't.

if I count as a friend, then convo starters could not be easier. just mention a certain squid girl and I will jump to attention. jokes aside though, I also like your ocs a lot!

in the first few days after sugar reaches immobility, she doesn't even realize it because she moved so little to begin with. and even after she tries to move and realizes she can't, it only makes her ten times hungrier. and if you thought she was lazy *before,* now she's completely insufferable.

I love the idea of more casual slice of life fat stuff, but the problem is that Sugar is anything but casual. if she's not stuffing her face every waking second she gets super anxious. she doesn't have the patience for any slice of life stuff.
