Every Member who voted against this resolution just BETRAYED the people they claim to represent.
They don’t even pretend to have a reasonable case for launching a war that has already cost 6 American lives and billions of dollars.
Donald Trump, JD Vance, and Pete Hegseth have betrayed the American people.

The proposed mass detention center in Chester is dangerous, un-American, & the exact opposite of everything our community stands for.
This isn’t partisan — it’s a question of who FIGHTS for the people.
The entire Hudson Valley is standing together — and we’re winning.
The State of the Hudson Valley is STRONG in the face of harms.
PROUD of neighbors who refuse to turn their backs on each other.
And PATRIOTIC for the country we know is the greatest in human history.
We love America enough to fight for it – and we’re not giving up.
They’re not just thugs; they’re incompetent lying thugs.
Even more evidence this plan is half-baked, dangerous, and unconstitutional.

While the Admin continues defending their crimes, I’ll keep voting on behalf of my Hudson Valley community and saying NO to funding Trump’s ICE.
Our message to Kristi Noem, Stephen Miller, and ICE is simple.
Stay the f*** out of the Hudson Valley.
ICE is trying to build a mass-detention facility in my district.
So I called them out.

The reason there’s “unprecedented opposition” is because they’re murdering people in the streets.
We will not relent. We’re only gonna get louder.
On behalf of my constituents, I am sponsoring articles of impeachment against Secretary Noem.
Secretary Noem had many chances to take accountability. The Trump Administration had many chances to hold her accountable. At every turn, they’ve doubled down on their cover-up of her egregious violations of the public trust. It is clear that action must be taken by Congress.
The Department of Homeland Security was created to make Americans feel safe and secure at home. Secretary Noem has failed at this mission; and today, millions of Americans are living in fear because of the agency’s actions. That makes us all less safe.
Weaponizing a federal agency with a budget bigger than most militaries to kill American citizens in the streets, deport US veterans, and illegally break into people’s homes – and then lie about it all, repeatedly – most certainly meets that weighty standard.
Impeachment exists as a last resort, to be used for only the most grave and egregious offenses against our country.
To my Republican colleagues: You are ENTIRELY missing where the people are.
You think voting against increasing ICE funding is a difficult position?!
They're murdering Americans in the streets.
The only indefensible position is seeing what's happening and DOING NOTHING.
Dangerous conditions are expected through the evening — please continue to stay off the roads & exercise extreme caution if you must travel.
