Are you using F@xBurner or some free service like that?
Oh, Fast File System.
I gotta delete that post. That image is horrendous.
Never! /LOL. Stupid AI. This doesn't even look like me, and milk squirt is so bad./
FFS? Amiga Fast File System? 🤔
Well, it looks like only the "drop it" part came came true.
That's a beauty!!!
Oh, damn. That's too bad.
Yeah, that's probably the best solution. It will be nice for you to have LIPS back in action, even as a regular TV.
Thanks for the photo. Maybe the IC totally died. I see the NXP TDA19997HL/C1 HDMI SELECTOR IC selling on eBay for about $10 US. 🤷♂️
Curious, could you post a close-up photo of the chip, itself?
Oh, no. Not the LIPS -- legend! Have you seen this video (for troubleshooting, if nothing else), www.youtube.com/watch?v=_l5O....
Ugh. I have a radio on in the background at work, just to break the monotonous silence. That damn "song"is being played constantly. Every thime I hear that piano intro I know it's time to take a bio break.
I'm just having fun
On the stage in my heels
Thanks. Yeah, I did a massive reorganization of my bench a couple of months ago. Way more elbow room now.
Happy B-day, @pointerfunction.bsky.social! 🎂 53?! For real? I don't believe it.
Finally working on this JVC TM-910SU for a friend. A fine little CRT for retro gaming.
New video! Testing the #ISEVIC that gets you native HDMI output from the Commodore 64's cartridge port.

A big thanks to the Chilliwack Retro-Computing Club for inviting me to speak yesterday by live stream to attendees at the club's Retro Computing Expo in Vancouver, BC 🇨🇦. I had a great time and I hope everyone enjoyed my talk about growing up at the dawn of the personal computer.
Commodore 264-series (Commodore 16, Commodore Plus/4, and the like) diagnostic team is now complete and ready for some diag action.
And then there's me... last week I ordered PCBs to make a diag264 cartridge, and then this past weekend I remembered I ordered these goodies from #TFW8b in April 2019. 🤦
LOL. Yeah, a year's time seems to be my timeline for things lately, too.
Hey @theretrochannel.bsky.social, I've been re-watching your CoCo 2 s-video mod videos – I'm finally pulling my unfininished #SepTandy repair video out of mothballs – did you ever revisit your NTSC CoCo 2 RF modulator conversion? I think part of the issue with my repair case is a dodgy RF modulator.
Well, decided to take on the challenge to repair a friend's old Canon PowerShot G1. Jeez, it's like peeling an onion, a lot of layers and sooooo many tiny screws!
Before your hands get cold... Coincidentally, I just upgraded my old-ish (and ellegedy non-hardware compliant) workbench PC from Win 10 to Win 11 using Flyby11 (github.com/builtbybel/F...). It worked a treat, and the computer runs smoother on Win 11. Just sayin'. 🤷♂️
Damn, you are coming up with a lot of great video mod creations these days. Nice work!
A fun quick read...
