kofi goal for house repairs and property tax debt for $3000 tldr: wasnt able to prioritize the debt bc of mom's cancer diagnosis in 2023 but we now have a deadline for july 2026 and we gotta pay for it, or else the government's gonna take our ancestral home. as for the house repairs, its currently riddled with termites and as much as we want to have a full renovation, we decided to just fix what we can so it won't fall apart while im asleep and to also help prevent floods coming in during future typhoons. any help is much appreciated!!
