Who needs pants?
In the 1940-1950, the federal corporate income tax was 50%. That means businesses like Apple or Microsoft, or tesla, would pay 50% of their income in taxes back to the government.rof we are going to roll back the clock, might as well reimburse higher taxes as well.
Cane here just to say "this reminds me of the ohms... omes? Whatever they're called from Princess Nausicaa"
Lastly, the only side I oppose are those who are corrupt and line their pockets. Thay goes for all Republicans, magazines, and democrats. We need reform and we need to kick them all out and start anew. Including orange shitler.
45 and 46 started the vaccine and pushed it through trials because it was a crisis. It was untested, yes. However, better practices from 45 in regards to public health and better messaging (other than denying the virus, then shifting later) could have saved hundreds of thousands.
1. I'm on no one's side. I think there shoukd have never been 2 parties just like our forefathers intended. 2. I'm not a liberal or conservative. I'm a libertarian and think we need to restart. 3. 45 and 46 did a huge disservice, but 45 could have prevented deaths early on.
You mean the joke of a vaccine that Trump started and Biden finished? Remember operation warp speed? I do.
A little triggered aren't we? Hey, it's whatever you want to believe. I'm telling you 45 did a disservice to Americans, and 1.1 million deaths are on his hands. I worked front lines saving your asses and tried to keep covid deniers from choking on their own fluids and die. But what do you know?
Bruh, I work in medicine, that's exactly what some people did. They took 45's words too literally. Also thanks for electing a wannabe dictator.
Not quite the meme I was looking for, but close enough.
Time to eat the rich
Hey all they did was shove uv lights up their ass, chug bleach, and snort ivermectin.
Bitch baby couldn't be bothered to do a desk job during the 'nam war.
I was thinking waffle house.
That's what this CEO and his company did to thousands of people every year.
Throwing this out there; is there any interest for arthropods in resin? I've set up a little shop on Etsy and I'm testing the water to see what folks think.
My university makes millions of dollars off of their football team, grants, donations, and tuition. Yet they also get tax-exdmptions as part of land-grant university deals. They don't deserve a dime.
I got a grant while I was a grad student, and the school took 60% of it (this is common practice).
Scar, although a Disney villain (and fascist too), reflects my sentiments towards my fellow Americans.
Scar, although a fascist villain, reflects my feelings about this election.
I was out hunting when this fox ran by my blind and set up shop in the field. (It was 20 yards away from me). Beautiful creature. Enjoyed watching it pounce on prey.
I thought I'd add to my previous comment. I was out deer hunting, and this fox walked right past me (I was in a blind). I sat there and watched him/her for 3 hours scavenging the field and pouncing on things. For those wondering; no I did not shoot it, just took pictures.
Absolutely. I wasn't trying to be a dick, really. Glad to have a civil conversation. I'd say in 99% of cases, you're right Bee. I was one of the outliers.
Like a botche ball with wings. We like our Carolina Wrens. They have that napoleon complex going for them.
They are both predators and prey. Very cool creatures. I was out squirrel hunting recently and came across one in the woods. We both stood motionless, staring at each other. I never thought I would come with 7 feet of one in the wild. Gorgeous animal
So to be clear, I stated in certain cases, where I couldn't capture, relocate, or dissuade a fox, I may have to dispatch it. Yes, I've lost livestock AND cats to foxes. I've had a particularly bad case, but that's not applied to all foxes. Getting rid of cars would solve our obesity issue tho.
I don't waste; i char the bones and use in my garden. The meat goes back to the wild animals. The fur i save to make gifts for people. It's rare that I have to kill one. Just had a small handful of them that caused me issues.
That's a good point. I agree.
I agree with you there. I never want to hurt an animal intentionally and try to be an ethical hunter.
