I live in Massachusetts and can confirm the millioinaires tax has been VERY beneficial to the regular folks around here. I can also confirm there has not been a mass exodus of wealthy people from the state.
You left out the most important result: more than 400 new millionaires were created. Taxing billionaires doesn’t punish success, it redistributes opportunity, broadens the economic base, & strengthens the overall playing field. It's precisely why Blue states tend to have higher standards of living!
