I get the feeling my cooking joke went over people's heads. Or should I let it simmer more?
The leek flavor was a bit weaker than I wanted, so next time I intend to boil the remaining leaves and use that water to continue the soup, so it tastes more like I intended. Otherwise, it was velvety and creamy. Very good.
I ended up making leek and potato soup with dinner tonight. I wanted to make vichyssoise, but I was off by a few degrees. =3

May as well write a review: very snug, keeps paws very warm, and I can use our stairs with them on. They stay on easily, and are very soft and comfy. Love them.

Interestingly, two things: a friend taking me to her church, and my love for astrology. Being told my purpose in life was to be holy, and that it was impossible, pushed me away. Seeing religions as zodiac signs (essentially all the same when fully examined) killed any chance, and killed astrology.

I judge presentation of the presentation. If it's the teacher talking, it's cadence, energy, and how they organize it. If it's some vid, usually music, presentation, and what not, and if it has live action, camera work. Keeps me amused, while trying to learn.
