This excellent scheme helps widen access to further education - it was very clear how much it has been benefiting the young people.

10 years on from the launch of the Attainment Challenge, the attainment gap between young people from the most and least deprived areas meeting standards in literacy has reached a record low.
Under this SNP government, the poverty-related gap for young people leaving school and going on to a positive destination has reduced by 60 per cent since 2009 - narrowing at all three key qualification levels.
By investing in children and young people’s education, the SNP is helping to break the poverty-related cycle in Argyll and Bute.
