Grammarly’s claim to have dead experts reviewing user work is grotesque, to be sure, but whether or not those people are alive, this is absurdly false advertising. Where are the class action lawsuits?

Quantum Identities: Speculative Fiction's Role in Queer Communities Speculative fiction has always imagined worlds beyond boundaries - of time, of space, and of self. For queer communities, these imagined futures have long offered refuge, resistance, and recognition. This case brings together objects loaned by artists, fans, and creators who use sci-fi, fantasy, and fandom as tools to explore identity, belonging, and transformation. These artifacts reflect how speculative worlds help queer people see themselves - and one another - not as anomalies but as possibilities. In every brushstroke, pixel, stitch, and starship, we find new ways to imagine who we are and who we might yet become.
Quantum Identities is here!
What began as a passion project 18 months ago turned into an incredible exhibit. This case represents over 39 oral histories, 15 written histories & 25 curated objects. Honoring and preserving stories that mattered.

Conference poster? Epic. My sense of calm? Missing, presumed dead. I’m running on 3 hours of sleep, 2 granola bars, imposter syndrome, and pure spite.¹

I love this
"You’re about to graduate," I whisper, as I present queer identity in sci-fi to a 9am Sunday panel consisting of two grad students, a half-eaten bagel, and God. #academicsky

2 years ago, I was in the ICU on a ventilator due to multiple seizures. 2 weeks earlier, I walked out of a lecture and had a seizure on campus, & 3 months before that, I broke my back in 3 places due to a seizure fall.
I’m so lucky to be alive, healthy, & loved. Blessed is an understatement
