I imagine most interactions for her are awkward. She’s spent the last twenty years only really communicating with two people-one through the Warder Bond and the other infrequently and in secret. Every other interaction was deceptive in some way. The whiplash is emotionally trying.
And easy to do evil things in the name of the Light
One of Jordan’s major themes is how even those not sworn to the dark, in fact actively fighting against the dark, can be evil.
