And they scooby doo style snuck through the halls passed sleeping goblins and passed guards. Then decided to thoroughly search Glasstaff's workshop with him in the very next room. Everyone was shocked when he walked in on them. And the guards are now knocking on the door.
The negotiations with the Nothic were quite creepy, and 2 PCs traded their fingers for passage through its chamber. And coins for knowledge of Glasstaff.
Just had an amazing #pathfinder2e session last night. The PCs bypassed 3 combat encounters through negotiation, stealth, and speed. They managed to capture Glasstaff, but now they are in a tight spot with no way out. #ttrpg #dnd
Oh wow! That's pretty advanced/modern. So this isn't a medieval style city? That definitely changes expectations for any city/town.

How does the city handle water needs and sanitation concerns? A city that big requires a lot of resources.

The symmetry of it is really neat. But it makes it look like a city that was built all at once and didn't grow over time. Was that the intent?

But I have had a handful of players get really upset that a Pregen of their preferred gender/ancestry doesn't exist, and won't play that class because of it.
I just can't understand it.
I encourage people to change the name and/or gender of their pregen pc to suit their preference, and most will play what makes them happy.
Paizo provides a huge number of Pregens for players to use. One for each of the 25+ classes. And those Pregens are a mix both genders and all sorts of ancestries. I am proud that most players I gmed for don't really mind playing a character of the opposite gender. #Pathfinder #ttrpg #dnd

Levels 2 and 3 of the tower. Plenty of room for the PCs to get into shenanigans.
I have heard of that, but I think I will stick to wrapping paper. I picked up 4 giant rolls for $0.50 each right after Christmas. I should be set for at least a year. Just make sure that the wrapping paper has the 1 inch cut lines on the back.
Converting the cursed item into PF2e parlance was pretty neat too!
Today, I am GMing The Banshee Tower by @dmdave.bsky.social that I converted from #dnd to #pathfinder2e and I'm so excited! His adventures are awesome. I'm glad that I had some wrapping paper though, this map is huge. For once, there is a map of a keep/tower with dimensions that actually make sense.

Person B is looking for an assassin so he leaves a mark nearby, person A sees the mark, walks over and says a common code phase. B tells the problem, (snitches) and how much he will pay 90-100 gp. What method he wants, poison or killing.

A: I heard Henrick has a Rat Catching dog that worked well, he might part with it, but he isn't from around here, so he might need directions.
B: Wonderful, I'll write them down for you here. (hands paper with names on it).

Thieves' cant is described as a method of talking to someone using the common language, but the actual topic of conversation is in code so bystandards don't know the meaning of what was spoken. 2/7
Every now and then, the topic of thieves' cant comes up on #ttrpg #dnd forums or pages. And someone tries making a whole language. But I've always seen Thieves' Cant as more of a way of speaking. Here is my example. 1/7

Pathfinder 2e has extensive customization! And the best part, there aren't any bad or trap choices. The game's design means basically every character style is viable and enjoyable. Hope your first experience is amazing and that you have many more!
I grab any interesting tidbits I can find and convert them to pf2e. Some of the encounters and story bits are really interesting, but I much prefer Pathfinder for the actual gameplay.
The only logical option for a dog in a pink dress. 🤣
Neat artistry! Interesting party! I see a monk, Gunslinger and witch. But I can't make out what the dog is... Other than well dressed.

They trounsed the owlbear in a round, but the mage brought them to their knees and they were almost tpked twice. One pc did end up dying because of failed death saves, they couldn't get to her to heal her in time. We will miss Melanie the Elf Champion.
