In the UK, you have to do medical school & 2 years foundation training. You also have to do dentistry school (or reversed). Then you have to go into surgical speciality training for 7/8 years. It can easily take 20 years to qualify and that's if you go straight through with no breaks

A reminder that people sold sex under communism. It wasn't legal. Sex workers experienced extreme harms such as sexual violence under communism.
If you listen to those who did, you know they were treated even harsher as it was deemed all their needs were met, so they were deserving of harm.

The Union is for sex workers, not against them. It was not an internal union dispute.
Imagine releasing a statement against Marin Scarlett and not the third parties who abuse sex workers, but treat them as if they're in the same category

Get this right - the union and collective bullied one of their own, released it against community agreement and then fell flat on their face
There was feedback that sex workers who have lived under communism didn't like the "communist" affiliation due to the extreme harm they experienced etc.
Ignored feedback, and continued to exclude many migrant sex workers consequently
