This is overt racism. Full stop. Thereβs no βmisinterpretationβ and no excuse. This is who he is, who heβs always been, and why he should never be anywhere near power again. And thereβs a reason the tapes from The Apprentice have never been released.
Every American needs to watch this:

The upcoming 250th anniversaries of our nation's founding, the Declaration of Independence and the pivotal Revolutionary War Battle of Sullivan's Island only six days before undoubtedly will raise awareness about our early history in a powerful way. It also should encourage Charleston leaders to take a more proactive approach to discovering our early history that has been buried underground, out of sight. Several city plans have recommended that the city do more regarding urban archaeology, and there has been some important progress. The city's Walled City Task Force has led successful efforts in researching and publicizing more about the late 17th and early 18th fortifications. The Charleston Museum' archaeologists, along with other voluntary archaeology work and digs required under the 1966 National Historic Preservation Act, have made significant contributions. too. But more can and should be done. The Preservation Society of Charleston shares this view, and its CEO Brian Turner explained why during its winter member meeting on Thursday, which focused on urban archaeology. "This is an exploration of something more than pottery sherds and knick-knacks in the ground," Mr. Turner says. This is really a conversation of how we tell our story, how we tell the story of the people who shaped our city. Archaeology ... can enhance our understanding of the past and tell a richer and a more in-depth story of those who came before us." As advocates consider their next steps, we would suggest they start small, as the city did nearly a century ago when it created the Board of Architectural Review in 1931, the nation's first municipal attempt to regulate property based on its historic value. Many don't realize how limited the BAR's original jurisdiction was: It covered only the southeasternmost tip of the peninsula, generally south of Broad and east of Logan and Lenwood streets. Only in the latter part of the 20th century was its geographic jurisdiction gradually expanded. As β¦

hank you for contacting me with your comments and concerns about U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). I appreciate the opportunity to hear from you on this issue. ICE plays a vital role in protecting our nation and maintaining the integrity of our borders. We are fortunate to have hardworking ICE officers who put their lives on the line to protect Americans. The security of our country depends on brave men and women like these and we owe them a great deal. While I support adopting certain reforms to ICE and Border Patrol, we must recognize that sanctuary city policies are the real problem leading to chaos. It is time to end these dangerous policies once and for all. As the Senate considers this issue, I will keep your comments in mind. As your United States Senator, my primary job is to understand and represent the interests of all South Carolinians. The opportunity to hear from you about the issues confronting our nation is not only essential to representative democracy, but allows me to better serve the people of South Carolina. We will not see eye-to-eye on every issue; however, I promise to always give your concerns the consideration they deserve. I encourage you to visit my website β http://lgraham.senate.gov β as it will have information on the most recent activities before the U.S. Senate. You can also sign up for our e-mail newsletter, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages which will provide the latest information and updates on the major issues facing our state and our nation. Thank you again for contacting me. I truly appreciate the opportunity to hear from you and am honored to have the opportunity to represent your interests in the U.S. Senate. Sincerely,
Hereβs my response to an email requesting that the Senator support the legislation abolishing ICE. The aide couldnβt even be bothered to apply formatting to the boilerplate:
He does not care about South Carolina or its people. He only cares about himself, like his lord and master Donald Trump. People need to wake up!
