I'm finding that eating a high fibre diet (lots of fruit and veg) is helping. Taking time to engage in things you enjoy also helps and getting outside too. The sertraline helps too.
It takes time, but you'll get there.

10 Eastlings with halberds and shields. The black armoured guys are being used as Black Dragon elites. The captain also a halberd and shield but is raising his upwards and is standing on a severed dwarf head. There is an 11th Easterling warrior with a banner that has a red dragon on it

I'm just trying to rest until the post op swelling in my mouth calms down. But my cats are intent on battering me. I wish they'd understand that the primary human is broken and they're going to need to rely on the secondary one.
