A glimpse into the ADHD experience:

Yesterday I was so productive that I completed the workload of at least 3 people in 5 hours. And today, the only thing I’ve done so far is accidentally brew my coffee onto the floor.

BOTH OF THOSE HUMANS LIVE INSIDE ME. And I never know which version I get.🙃

The absolute emotional turmoil I go through in this job should be studied.

Today, I’m letting the act of gentle progress feel like enough. Breaks are productive, and I do not owe anyone an instant reply. There’s a world beyond my to-do list, and I get the opportunity to live in it. 🩵
