Do you use Loom?
What do you use it for?
Who has me beat?
This morning in Austin Texas ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
Is it engagement or just follows?
The true test will be how the conversation flows.
There are so many smart entrepreneurial people out there, but the tech is too damn complicated.
Website builders have become super bloated, email marketing systems are insane.
Build the thing that is easier to use and makes someone money.
Throughout my form, I'd like to embed small โ icons.
When clicked it pops open a small box where the user can ask a question.
That gets fed into our main contact center for a human to answer.
More importantly, we create a log of Qs people ask and where they're stuck.
Here's a post from Twitter. It gave me an idea.
How do you gather customer feedback without asking?

I'm working on a handful of projects right now that replace some third-party tools I use like Loom.
It's amazing how much polish goes into something like Loom.
It's a simple tool, but it is dead simple to use. No way to eff it up.
Need to launch less and focus on usability more.
What if Google is buying Jag?
How do they scale Waymo without owning the cars?
I have a conspiracy theory I need y'all to talk me out of.
Why is the g capitalized?
Why is every Waymo a Jag?
I'm not sure I believe protocols are the solution when Gmail is so dominant that @levels.io can't host an email server.
Wish we could find a better solution than having to place our trust in one entity or another.

X has become similar to Instagram for me.
It's a place to absorb mainstream topics and culture similar to a magazine or newspaper 20 years ago.
It's not the place for the average joe to share ideas with others in a shared niche.
Now we can see each other.
I'm becoming very frustrated with using the ChatGPT Assistant API.
The version I set for betterlegal.com in Dec 2023 which was working flawlessly has devolved to an idiot.
The provided PDF has exact prices which it can't seem to find anymore.
I just downloaded a sheet of over 5000 chats from customers this year.
I want to speed run answers on all of them via voice and transcribe to use as a manual for future chats.
What tool could I use for that?
My skills using Google Sheets has increased dramatically over the past two years.
Instead of pouring over blog posts that are kinda what I need, I just ask ChatGPT and learn little tricks one at a time.
Imagine what kids are going to do with this tech over the next 20 years.

Just read this
Starter Packs are an amazing feature.
You get to piggyback off the curation by someone who cares enough to put one together.
It allows someone to identify with their venn diagram of communities instantly.
I find it frustrating to upload a document to ChatGPT and chat with it now.
Even though I keep "search" toggled off, it decides to search anyway and shows me web sources, not the data I provided.
Working on an alternative to Loom that allows you to create custom prompts to run against your transcript.
It's called Capture Sweet.
Will be a free tool that pairs with Productivity Sweet. Too much information is lost in videos and chat.
We're going to capture it.
