I'm going to answer part of my own question. You can use _this_ to launch the Bluesky iOS app, if present, to a specific profile.

Still fishing around for a way to launch to a post (feed, etc.)
Question. So, I see that there's a bluesky:// url scheme, but the only example I've found so far is for creating a new post.
