That one week period about 18 months ago where everyone decided to join Bluesky and then just went back to X to be regularly angry still really baffles me. Almost all of peopleβs posts barely get seen anymore on that app anyway.

Dubai, as a colony of estate agents, car dealers and buff social media influencers living their βbest lifeβ, feels like a planet invented by Douglas Adams.

Theyβre legit going to sack Tudor as the interim arenβt they?

Surely it canβt get any worse for Spurs, can it?

Spurs finally take the lead in a home game.
Immediately get a man sent off and concede via a penalty.
Theyβre just a fascinating team. I really do think they could go down here.

Ink drawing with pencil colours. In the centre, and on a white, flat ground, sits a statue of a man and woman from around the chest up. Just shades of grey. The woman has her hair in an enormous, tall bun, in top of which sits another bun. Next to her is a man with a luxurious moustache. It appears as through his arm carries on underground, as it starts at the shoulder and goes down to the ground, but then appears to come up again to rest his hand on the woman's shoulder. Almost everything else about the picture is in a turquoise-ish pencil: the statue casts a long shadow, and behind it starts a forest of leafless trees, which gets fainter and mister the further back it goes. A squirrel-thing sits on the woman's shoulder and looks like it has terrible plans, which it is somehow conveying despite the only detail on it being eye-holes. I lied - one thing isn't turquoise - a red sun, or moon, or planet, hangs in the sky, top right.
Today's new picture...
Looking forward to another Spurs masterclass. Entertain me.

Phenomenal effort from England. Canβt believe how close they got to an almost impossible target.

A wasp once got lodged in one of my eyes while I was riding a donkey. The donkey attendant rescued the situation by smacking my back until the wasp came out.

Injuries to Kamara, Tielemans and McGinn have absolutely killed Villa.
Would also help if MartΓnez didnβt constantly make mistakes and if Watkins had any confidence at any point this season.

"I'm not sure that anyone who voted Green (in Gorton and Denton) works" says Nigel Farage.
So not just smearing the winners of the by-election his party just lost, but all of their voters too.
Nigel Farage lied multiple times at his press conference today - including saying no-one who voted Green in Gorton and Denton has a job and he's "certain" Reform won most British born voters in the by-election, based on zero evidence, and yet not a single journalist there pushed back on them

Yeah, having now slept on it properly, it is weird that no losing parties statement really reckons with why people might have chosen the Greens and instead they all chose to blame sectarianism. It does suggest that they still don't really recognise people who vote Green as, you know, real people.
