So previous pillow although sat high in the wheelchair it was the cause of my server back pain. Sometimes it kept me in bed other times it made me uncomfortable in the chair. I'm hoping that a more firm cushion will help out my lower back. Sharing is appreciated

One of my braces needs to be repaired which means no real exercises tomorrow. Which means it'll be an arm day tomorrow and most likely I'll be stuck in bed since I can't put weight on my ankle since they're still 100% weak
Guys I messed up, I didn't get to workout at all over the weekend. Two days I was drained for some reason and completely slept for over 24hrs and two days I had shoulder and lower back pain. Hopefully even through this snowstorm I can kick butt at rehab today.
Good morning Dreamlings I hope all is well I have a long day ahead of me. After running the hospital (not actually, I'm being pushed in this fancy wheelchair) I'll try to either get some exercise in or a short mini stream.

I'm sad that my 3rd vtuber anniversary is next month and I won't be able to truly celebrate it. That'll be another Anniversary in a role that I won't be able to celebrate with my Dreamlings. When I do fully return I'll have a big bast.

I started to buy Japanese studying material because I like to visit/move to Japan. It's been a goal since 2014 it's still a passion of mine. May I live there for a year or two or forever. Or that I'll be there for a month I would like to still go to Japan.
I really want to stream but since my birthday my body has been hurting like crazy. Especially where I had surgery at and my hip joint. At times my arms and hands go numb due to the tumors pressing on my spinal cord and nerves. I wouldn't wish this on my enemies.
Rehab kicked my butt today =.= But I'll still be working out during the snow days.... snow weekend? Anywho I'll have to kick it into high gear.

Did some walking on a treadmill today also a walker. It's been months since I was last on one so it took a bit to get familiar with it all over again.But I'm happy that I'll be back on it next week.Maybe I needz some art of my oc in workout clothes. I shall be walking by my bday
I was doing some walking with a walker today, as well as was placed on the squat machine and some step-ups. I'm really surprised with myself with today's rehab session. I have to continue with my at home workouts if I want to be up and on my feet by my birthday.
I can't wait to return, I'll have 2 anniversaries to celebrate when I come back as well dunno if it'll be a subathon type stream. I'm still working on some things behind the scenes which I can't wait to show off.
My best friend was laid to rest today and sadly I wasn't told. I'm 1000% not okay but I know that she's no longer suffering and that's what matters. I can say my goodbyes no matter where I am. I'll miss you Yumi and I'm glad to have met you and have you in my life.

Do you think I should start streaming to help with the sadness? When I start I might break down crying here & there when memories flood in, I just want to break away from the numbness & tears. I've been crying so much my eyes are sore & raw in the corners i need companionship 😢

Hello, I'm Tengu and I was born with a condition called neurofibromatosis. I was born with hundreds maybe thousands of tumors of different sizes within my body. I've had over 13+ surgeries from the age of 8 to remove them. I want to be like @ironmouse.vshojo.com and spread awareness .
Something I hope that'll release the tension in my shoulder muscles that's been hindering me since my spinal surgery last year.
