The problem with bluesky is you use one of those starter packs and now you got a bunch of people in your niche but most of em are boring
When the girlies find meru the succubus
It’s not as hard as regular dark souls games or like demon souls
Fantastic game!
Thanks for showing this. I put an application in!
If you ever see me suggest “nerdcore needs to _____” or something along those lines,it’s just because I’m not trying to copy what has been done, I wanna think outside the box and experiment
I used this too! Use those starter packs too
I feel you bro it wouldn’t be for everyone but I do encourage !
More nerdcore artists need to be doing reactions regularly. It only helps elevate the genre and community. It’s also a way you can help your own music. Idea: react to songs about subjects you have songs based on. Use your reaction as a way to let people know about your song as well.
Consider em FOLLOWED
Let’s go nerdcoreeee
Alright guys, how is Bluesky doing?
300 songs over 5 years is roughly a weekly drop format so yeah there’s plenty of time for people to hear those songs and for them to be promoted. I’ve done weekly drops as Sadzilla for over 3 years
BlueSky is an interesting platform, but I’m not sure anything can really compete with X. The wave of new users is promising, but people are creatures of habit. Whether it’s for better or worse, change is hard to make happen, and most stick with what they know in the end. What do you guys think
You have to think outside of the box when it comes to promoting your music. If you just follow in line with everything that has worked from before, keep in mind that everyone is trying to do that. You’re not different. You’re not unique. You do not stand out.
I think perfection is just dumb in general. You’re not performing for some music experts. You’re performing for your audience who won’t be able to to tell the difference between .5 decibels. Obviously up your game constantly but don’t over analyze your own music.
Who’s really the better artist? The one who spends 5 years on a ‘perfect’ song, or the one who drops 300 songs in 5 years, perfect or not? Is it about quality, or is quantity the real grind? Let’s be real—perfection is overrated.
Most people who want the success of others don’t see the years of work that was put in. There are overnight success stories but most likely that’ll never be 99% of smaller artists. It takes determination but more importantly it takes skill and those skills come with time and EXP
Let’s goooo
You’d be surprised at how many people who are fans of SON BROKU and have no idea what nerdcore is or any of the artists that also make anime metal stuff. Don’t worry about reaching nerdcore fans and just reach fans of whatever series or game you’re making music about
