A couple of these showed up today. 😀 #InstantPot Pro Plus. First I made turkey a la king, now making yogurt. They're way faster than all my other models, both to pressurize and to depressurize. I just hope they don't give out like the Maxes did.

I'm planning to plant four Amish paste tomatoes in 2025 to see how they do. #zone7

I'm in SW Idaho, zone 7a, upgraded from 6b. I grow a lot of tomatoes, peppers, beans, and all sorts of herbs. We also have fruit trees and dried apples yesterday.
