I was looking at land up in Vermont, you can get acres and acres for a surprisingly small amount of money. My concern is internet connectivity. Which sounds silly, as I type it, but realistically I can't get true actual news on TV or the radio, I have to get it from other countries at this point! 🤦♀️

I saw an amazing idea as I was scrolling through my Instagram feed. I will be buying hard copies of books that are frequently "challenged" (basically, 'banned books'). Who knows when they will become unavailable. I want to have my own copies of them, on a bookshelf in my own home, out in the open.

No kitty pictures this week from the shelter, I was playing with kittens, and they were all over the place! All you would have seen were multicolored blobs moving super fast! There is a tiny white cat with green eyes named eggnog though, I will try to get a picture next week, if he is still there!

Hahaha, I just tried to type 'fushigi', and it auto corrected to 'sushi girl'. I haven't watched many anime lately, now and then I will go back and watch the old favorites, but I think the last 'new' one I watched was Yuri on Ice. I still need to see the last sailormoon crystal!
Ooh, more stuff to look into! I hadn't even heard of that one! Terry Brooks is a great writer, and pretty much all of his books are tied in, even if it seems like it isn't, a lot like Stephen King, just fantasy instead of horror 😉.
I will! All I know about it is their eyes glow blue and it's sandy 🤣 so I am going in blind! I am also going to re read some of the Terry Brooks Shannara books, they were some of my favorites years ago
I keep meaning to try out Dune, I hear the world is really interesting and fully fleshednout, which is always good for immersion. Sad that the whole series isn't awesome though, are they all written by the same person?
Yes, though not as obsessively as in the past. I keep up to date with story patches and events and stuff, but I don't play for hours every day anymore. I finished veilguard recently, I didn't think it was nearly as bad as a lot of people seem to think it was. Reading more, usually trashy romantasy.
