But I agree that you don't need a full production or much effort. My suggestion is merely to find the part of your audience who does happen to use YT for their podcast needs.
If it's just a matter of getting onto a different platform, just put the podcast to an overlay of info about the host/guest and topic with any relevant links, and just add a waveform visualizer for "motion" to the video. This also allows a way to make shorts of interesting bits for promo.

I wish I could remember some of them, but it's always interesting coming across other shows or movies that use the same firefighting background audio loop as Emergency. Even as a kid, I couldn't unhear the one guy yelling "Get out of the way!" every 30 seconds.

I'm semi-intrigued by how many fake bios include "No DMS!" as if spammers and scammers are going to honor that request.
I've seen it explained as a part of a bio script that's for sites older than Twitter that still gets propagated.
Reminds me randomly of the guy who wrote the "AOL For Dummies" book tried to promote his self-published sci-fi book by spamming Usenet, got caught, first blamed it on his son, then blamed it on a friend of his son who wanted to make him look bad.

It's amazing how consistent it is that in every big thread (left or right OP), there's one single reply by a lefty that gets brigaded to hell with hundreds of insult replies.
There's not enough of them even on Twitter to cover all the replies, so they need to make that one person an example.
It will be another 100 years before the population comes back down to what it is *now* if current trends continue.
We aren't running out of people anytime soon, and certainly not within anybody's quarterly earnings report.

We nearly did this for a conference room when the moderator wanted to take questions from the audience and all we had was some wireless lavs. We tracked down an unused stick mic from another room, though.
