I love that moment when you are reading a book and suddenly there, in the middle of the sentence, is a word you’ve never seen before. For me today that word was foehn, as in a foehn wind and I had the pleasure of looking it up and learning more…delighted that there were also diagrams 😃

I would think about it as “distractions” being an umbrella term for things that make us lose focus. But the nature of those things will look different for everyone. What distracts your focus?
