i wish i could experience it all again for the first time. holy shit what an experience. dare i say it's my new favorite game of all time, even ahead of all the persona games

also i spent literally like 3 hours grinding in the previous dungeon. mage is broken, i over leveled the enemies so hard that i literally just sat in overworld combat farming magla crystal spawns for MP.

without having finished metaphor yet i have a theory that the king orchestrates all the battles that happen in the game cause when you enter a squad battle, the king face thing appears at the top and gives you and the enemy your turn icons during battle
