Talent (innate aptitude) is an important component for sucess but Passion (motivation to do) and Skill (learned abilities) are also crucial. Sucess requires a combination of the three. Talent may be somewhat set, but you have agency over your Passion and Skill.

I just finished my first HEMA longsword fencing tournament! And I won my last match of the day! I am so over the moon about it!

A mysterious new bar appeared on my spectrogram today. Seems the new mood light I added to my booth wants to make its presence known in the sound as well. Can't have that. So I'm quite literally in the dark for the rest of the day. Haha.
