Thanks Pixel! If you haven't tried Korean-style strawberry milk yet you definitely should - it's pretty easy to make, and because it went viral a couple of years ago there are plenty of recipes online on how to make it :p

What can I say, strawberries are pretty incredible :p
Thanks Valymere! I found it fun to be able to theme a couple of works together, and fresh strawberries are super cheap around me atm because they're in season :p
Finishing off (for now) my strawberry streak with some homemade Korean-style strawberry milk. I had a lot of fun playing with the colours at the bottom, and I'm happy with how I managed to shrink the strawb even more compared to my jam label :)

Pixel art rendition of a glass bottle of homemade strawberry milk. The bottle features a brassy yellow/gold lid, a glassy light blue bottle, and is filled with a pink-red liquid to depict the strawberry milk. There is a collection of darker pinks and reds at the bottom of the bottle to depict strawberry chunks and strawberry/sugar syrup. The bottle has a pink label on it with a picture of a pixel art strawberry.
Homemade strawberry milk is really nice when they're in season

Thanks kiwi, I appreciate the kind words! :)
Today I found out that the emojis on my phone are completely different from the emojis on my computer - the phone emoji has the strawberry leaning to the left, whereas the computer emoji is completely vertical :โ)
Thanks moone!
When I was looking for inspo last night for the strawb I did I found that most renditions have the strawb vertical (๐) so I wanted to change that :p
It was a bit fiddly shrinking down the strawberry but I'm really happy with how it turned out

Really love the colours you've used, this looks incredible!
My favourite would have to be the sleepy turtle for the sole reason that they're the cutest of the bunch :p
Great job on the mountains, this looks really cute :)
Great job on this one! I like the extra detail of the sand particles flying by, it adds a lil' extra pizzazz to the animation :)
Your new pfp is so cute! Fantastic job on the pixel art depiction, and I am obsessed with the frog hoodie :p
Fantastic job! I love the palette you've used, really gives the whole piece a cute/comfy vibe :)
Great job on this one! I love the detail you've done with the embossing on the chest, and the swirls you've done throughout the piece to give it some nice texture.
Thanks Pixel! Yeah it can be a real bugger, but the joy I got out of finishing a piece after a couple of days of writer's block (artist's block?) sent me right to sleep :p
Pixel art of a strawberry. Copy of the original post but with the number 13 to the bottom right of the strawberry as a mock-up of how it would look as a stack of 13 in a video game.
Insomnia's been kicking my butt lately, but I've been able to put together a pixel art rendition of my favourite seasonal fruit :p
I tried out doing a hard outline w/ no shading to get more of a video-gamey feel and I'm happy with how it turned out

Pixel art of a strawberry. The leaves are done with a dark green outline and a pastel green filling, while the body of the strawberry is done with a dark red outline, a pastel red filling, and yellow pips.
Strawberries are nice

Great job! It's already looking so good, I can't wait to see the finished product :)
Great job tine! Fantastic choice of colours, and a very creative take on the daily theme :p
Love it! Fantastic job with the stars, and I love the way you've done the tree silhouettes :)
I mean, you can eat anything once :p
Thanks pixel! I've been taking it easy but my fingers were itching to create something again, I'm just glad that the piece turned out as well as it did :p
Thanks for the kind words tine, glad to be back!
Thanks kiwi! Feeling a lot better now, the ol' noggin is still a bit slow but I'm happy to be making art again :)
Had a lil' hiatus due to some health issues so trying to ease my way back into things and did a mushroom to practice the cute lil' wavy shape most mushroom caps have :p

This looks great! I'm in love with the way you've done the wavy lines to the top right, really adds a lot of depth to the whole piece!
