More and more, I'm having a hard time hearing "Waste, Fraud, and Abuse" as anything but their nicknames.

Strangely missing from this article in a psychiatry publication is mention of the fact that all these activities either reduce stress-related brain chemicals or generate positive ones.

Unfortunately, the mobile version of Firefox doesn’t support extensions. But it’s still more privacy-protecting than Chrome.

In addition to using Firefox, install the Facebook Container extension www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo... to keep Meta from tracking you in your other tabs.
