Welcoming Max Ptasiewicz as our first PhD student at #Mizzou! Max received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder and will be working on our AFOSR funded project in space manufacturing.

I am pleased to announce that I will be starting a new chapter next week as a MizzouForward Full Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Missouri in Columbia. #Mizzou

It was a privilege to attend the NAI Annual Meeting in Atlanta and to be inducted into the National Academy of Inventors as a Senior Member.

Our study explores how pharmaceutical agents such as naltrexone (NTX) and 6β-naltrexol cross the placental barrier and affect fetal neural cells. We have shown that exposure to NTX/6β-naltrexol alters gene expression in neural cells, reducing cell viability. www.linkedin.com/posts/iet-jo...
