With equanimity, we feel the sensations without resenting them or wishing they were different.

And, of course, without trying to change them in any way!

I like to imagine that Iโ€™m โ€œrolling out the red carpetโ€ for them - willing to feel them in โ€œall their gloryโ€ even if only for a few seconds.
