HIPAA is a set of rules applied specifically to healthcare workers due to the sensitivity of information they have access to. There are secrets you can't keep from them, so they must promise to keep those secrets for you.
Nobody else makes that promise. And certainly no software.

Not all health information is covered under HIPAA. HIPAA applies to protected health information as processed by *specific* groups (Covered Entities). Technology providers must comply to specific security requirements when they are bound, by contract, as a Business Associate.
Eliminating gender studies courses helps to ensure that universities and other institutions will continue to protect men who benefit from the abuse of women and girls, either directly or through their connections to those who exploit girls and women for profit.

I've highlighted the phrase In addition to (followed by advice to recommend respirator masks) Ventilation can help reduce viral transmission in indoor spaces by preventing the accumulation of potentially infectious respiratory particles in the air. Good ventilation, combined with other personal protective measures, can further reduce the risk of infection. In addition to improving indoor ventilation, the following should be considered (PHAC 2021a, 2022, 2023a, 2023b, 2023c): • Encourage occupants to stay home and away from others if they are not feeling well. • Limit the amount of people in areas where ventilation is poor. • Have policies that require or strongly recommend people to wear a well-fitting N-95 or KN-95 respirator mask in indoor public settings. • Provide supplies for people to clean their hands often (e.g., soap and water, or alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol). To be fair I'm not a fan of that book. As I understand it, it doesn't hold up to actual studied, and further, the author has said some hinky shit too (re: trans folks) that makes me pretty much write him and his book right the hell off.
Every reputable expert I know considers mRNA vaccine technology to be one of the most revolutionary advances in medicine in our lifetimes. Its inventors won the Nobel Prize in 2023. Shutting it down now is pointless self-harm to humanity.
We could have had cancer vaccines, and instead the United States will contribute nothing whatsoever to mRNA research, condemning millions of people worldwide to unnecessary illness and death
this work saved millions of lives in 2021, won the Nobel Prize in 2023, and is cancelled in 2025
Honestly it's one of the only "truths" you can learn from history. So much of History is complex, but you can see this simple repeating pattern:

- Small things add up
