• Reinstate common sense procedures for asylum seekers.
• Open green-card lottery to all countries equally.
Education:
• Science based education.
• Reverse book bans.
• Free up to 4 years of Community College for all.
• Student loan forgiveness.
Foreign affairs:
• Reinstate USAID.
• End military aid for Israel.
• Join the ICC.
Climate:
• Complete divestiture from fossil fuels.
• Incentives for solar / wind projects, both personal and municipal.
Governance:
• Three term limit for senators, five term limit for house reps.
• 12-year term limit for supreme court justices.
• Mandatory retirement age for lawmakers, including president: 80
• Constitutional protection for LGBTQ+ people.
Fiscal:
• TAX THE RICH!
• No more ceiling for payroll taxes
• Raise the income tax above $10,000,000 to 50%
• A wealth tax of 3% on liquid / quasi liquid assets above $100,000,000.
• Raise the federal minimum wage to $15/hr
• Medicare for all.
