Aber sobald man die IL-Analyse (🫣) kauft, lässt sich das Dilemma nur in Richtung "Konsumnorm"-Bashing auflösen. Kann man sich zwar toll bei fühlen - Schöne Seele und so - aber pol. Strategie ist's nicht. Klar, weniger Konsum, aber das braucht mehr Raffinesse als "Ihr seid's alle imperiale Schweine!"
Leute, die Autos fahren müssen, um nicht 3h in unzuverlässigen Landbussen zu hängen, sind also alle Diesel-Dieters? Neoliberaler "Selbst schuld"-Schlag ins Gesicht für alle Noch-Nicht-Dieters.. ich kann Dieters ja auch nicht leiden, aber das? Was tun? Preise staffeln nach Sinnhaftigkeit der Fahrt?
Ich sehe das Dilemma - aber in Bezug aufs Auto: was tun? Klar, Verkehrswende etc pp, aber ganz kurzfristig, über die nächsten Monate: Leuten auf dem Land de facto Kohle wegnehmen, damit Ölkonzerne sich bereichern können?

Die Epstein Files sind das einzige, was ihm gerade gefährlich werden kann (s. Desertierung von MTG). Agreed. Aber let's remember "Überdeterminierung" - das sollte nicht davon ablenken, dass die Trump-Riege eine klare Geopolitik verfolgt. In other words: das wäre auch ohne Epstein passiert.

Die kapitalistische Bearbeitung der Klimakrise gerät an Grenzen, wenn Risiken nicht mehr profitabel versicherbar sind.
Heißt: Entweder es werden zunehmend öffentliche Versicherungsmechanismen entwickelt (politisch wie ökonomisch ein Riesenfass), oder jede* ist bald auf sich allein gestellt.

Agree. Now is the moment to get out of the anxiety-deadlock and break ties with the US: gather support in the Global South, Canada, Australia, China, ... and impose sanctions on the US.
