It reminds me of when I was living in the Netherlands, and realized if I squinted and said it out loud in my head I could muddle through reading Dutch. Thanks for posting

Riding to work, a little cool, not cold, the bike happy that it's fettled and clean, traffic flowing, coffee and methylphenidate kicking in.
Life's pretty good.

Alan Moore, as they say, knows the score.
He's a freaky creepy old wizard for which I have a deep appreciation. In not sure if want to be his friend though.
I'm glad you had a good connecting time. Motorcycle tribes can be weird.
I really hope it give a boost overall!
@pepperraccoon.com nice work for Hank Green! Always been a Sunfish fan! youtu.be/wR9MilgXEm0?...
New @stereolabgroop.bsky.social song, new #shadowdark cursed scroll, and the suns out for a ride #motosky. Life is pretty good.
Every accusation a confession. Who are _they_ suppressing?
When corporates invoke 'Security', they mostly mean, 'of my personal wealth'.
I'll just leave this here.
Thank you #kexp
Bloody hell. Neely's music is a bit noodly for my taste, but his politics are spot on. I had my Futurismo period as a youth, but I grew out of it.
Well, never let evidence stand in the way of a amateur supposition!
I wonder if petrol prices play a part too. When it becomes significantly financially rewarding to get a scooter to go to school rather than a car, it might become more popular.
They say the only moto in front of a therapist's office is the therapist's. And that'd be mine. Great article, it really mirrors my experience in using riding as a therapeutic experience. Don't forget the simple "whee!" factor too!
My final master's year needs 400 hours (200 hours counseling) in placement. I've cobbled three one day per week placements together, as I couldn't find one place that could support me. I'm going to miss consistency and persistence.
Since I was a kid I really thought it _was_ Knights in White Satin. Like Rhinestone Cowboys.
Two "support the tour" badges in a museum display, supporting the 1981 springbok rugby tour of New Zealand. It's nice that someone, unlike John Key, remembers what their position was...
Why, thank you for that, Timaru Museum.
I get all the PDFs, and then hand bind the 'zines and stuff myself. Makes it cheap and fun...
What blows me away is how much utility each zine is. I'm terms of what I can get out of it at the table, it's like a whole hardback D&D 5e book.
I worked at otago UBS in the late 80s. There was a rainbow haired lady in the shop one day and I thought, "that must be Margaret Mahy". Sure 'nuff. Love to all the rainbow haired ladies.
A proto-tagonist, if you will.
Every now and again #dysonlogos posts a map, and I sit for a few minutes and develop a whole adventure around it in my mind. Then I read their ideas, and with both I'm ready to run a game. Thanks to @slyflourish.com for the confidence to know how much prep I (don't) need to do. #shadowdark #OSR
Fela Kuti photographed on stage. Distributed as a promotional photo in 1986.
It's an Afro Beat summer, I declare.
I don't know about this one, but I never dismiss the opportunity for the latter unless it's Russell Brand.
There's getting a PR team team in to re establish the brand and cash flow, and then there's public performances of accountability that might provide a template for men to see that a better way is possible.
It's what we do, eh? Best of luck, and be yourself. If they don't like that, then you won't like them.
Ideal.
it's a great stepping stone job, and I've know a few great people who have been through the program as facilitators.
I had a lesson plan, but it went off the rails almost immediately. I suppose keeping it relatable in a way to bring it back to the main concept - Whare Tapa Wha in this case (all Mason Durie, all the time!)
And yes you are. And I say that because you're a human, and it would be very hard not to.
I screwed my interview up completely. I thought they were trying to dig for personal information, and my boundary bubble game was tough as. Apparently I wasn't 'relatable enough', and I should have been more open.
That's how you know it's AI! I like providing images to prompt recall of the game, but I'm conflicted about using it at all.
