It's somehow even more insulting than 2hr delays for snow "in higher elevations" when a bus goes MIA and I, a car-rider parent, have to budget an extra half hour to fight the mad-max-style hordes in the pickup line that found out with 5 hrs notice and no explanation that their day was FUBAR'd.
