I started doing daily yoga. Just small easy stuff to start. I’ve done 3 days in a row.

Ive been low all weekend after spending a long day outside my comfort zone. I feel like crying would be good but don’t know why and honestly don’t have the energy to anyway. Hoping the routine of a regular workday tomorrow will help.
