Ok that’s three housing mentions tonight…no new announcements on housing affordability, which I thought we might get.
Trump highlights his executive order banning large investors from buying single-family homes. “Homes are for people, not for corporations.”
Trump mentions affordability but not in relation to housing.
“Low interest rates will solve the Biden created housing problem while at the same time protecting the values of those people who already own a house, that really feel rich for the first time in their lives. We want to keep those values up.
Trump touts adding 70k construction jobs, but doesn’t specify housing construction.
