i would def go for the ADHD meds and treatment - it helps a lot (as someone who recently got diagnosed and medicated). however i would stay away from an autism diagnosis as it can greatly affect opportunities regarding jobs, moving, etc. there's still a lot of stigmatism regarding autism rn
