If villain has a wider 4betting range (AK, JJ+), either calling or shoving is profitable, but calling would probably be more profitable by keeping the drunk guy in. I'd be interested in how a sim would estimate the EV of a call.

If Hero 5bet shoves and Villain calls w/ QQ+/AK, Hero is in great shape! (.38)(790+1150) - (.58)(1150) = $70.2.
If Villain's range is wider, then shove profits more.
