He did months ago. I interviewed him right after it was covered it.
Yes, I've lived in Maine for over 20 years now. I'm not saying dude is all that, but he shows up, and it's not just photo ops. Unlike the current governor, who is also running for that Senate seat. She's downright hostile to the tribes here and not all that open to BIPOC communities in general.
One of the reasons I feel communities of color in Maine haven't given up on Platner is that he shows up in a way that's rare for white folks. Much less a political type. When the ICE surge started here, he reached out directly to me and others to see how he could assist.
He has no plan for the American people either

Wow this was an amazing show!!!
Thank you.
I'm not doing much posting here because I'm pretty busy with multiple projects plus my day job. Also, I'm finally hoping to wrap up part 2 of my piece on Graham Platner. Honestly, I had to step away from that for a bit, especially when we had the ICE surge in Maine.
Folks in Maine, have you checked out my latest project yet?

Rep. Dan Goldman to ICE Director Todd Lyons: "If you don't want to be called a fascist regime or secret police, then stop acting like one."
ICE is still very much in Maine. My latest on Substack.

Nothing to look at here, America... move along. --Epstein business partner Peter Thiel
This is partly what this Administration was counting on; people either not remembering or remembering it all differently. And it worked, unfortunatelyβ¦
β¦itβs like if they *do* remember it, itβs because it was initially working for them. They didnβt expect to be affected by it like last term.
Exactly! He has been telling us who he is. There's no reason to be surprised.
Ten years after his first term, watching white folks clutch their pearls over Trump's racism feels disingenuous. It's like folks have no memory.
My latest on Substack, where I talk about ICE at the Winter Olympics and Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl.

The performance activism that's emerging in this moment is annoying. So, I wrote about it.

"Community and care are vital at this moment but so is the envisioning of something better that seeks to repair harm and create wellness. It is letting go of what no longer serves us, moving beyond fear and to a collective rage that allows for the creation of something better."
