Honestly, I’d be totally fine with lots not being any bigger than 30x40! Larger ones always end up feeling empty anyway, sims get too spread out. That’s why I prefer building smaller and leaving some space around instead!
When I used to play with CC, I noticed that the most effective way to remove stuff wasn’t to look for things to delete, but to remove everything and then only bring back the items I truly wanted to keep. ☺️
(You can also use the Tray Importer to identify the CC used on your lots!)

Like a lot of people, I’m not super inspired by the CAS stuff from Adventure Awaits! The hairstyles are nice and there are a few nice pieces (especially for athletic outfits), but overall it’s kind of meh.
Still, I tried to put together a little lookbook! 😊

I wish they’d let us simply disable the worlds we don’t use. It would free up space on the world selection screen and make the saves lighter.
You unlock it working in the business career, so it doesn't show up if you didn't. 😊
Only the last of the 5 steps of the stair is on the platform, so there is a 1 tile wide gap. But I wish it was possible. ☺️
The ‘Removed Situation Jobs Outfits’ mod by DISL replaces most of the situation outfits with the Sims’ existing outfits, but I can’t confirm if that includes the outfits of Sims wandering around in the Magic Realm.
Well, they added the Apothecary skill even though Herbalism already existed in Outdoor Retreat, so at this point nothing surprises me anymore. 😶
I’m having a hard time really seeing the new gameplay in these promo screenshots, which is pretty worrying. 😶
And, after introducing a decorative weight rack in Lovestruck, and even a pose of Sims lifting weights in their dating app, now they’re finally functional!

You don’t know exactly what you’re getting, you can’t be sure it’s up to date, you won’t know where to look if you need to update it, and most importantly, it goes against the ToU of most CC creators who don’t want their content reuploaded.
Well, having DLCs that actually work properly with only the base game already seems like too much to ask. 😬

Oh, that's weird. It happened too in my game when I didn't have enough households with the tag.
Also, I realized the mod will only use the first male and female sims of an household as template, that's why I created only households of two sims.

But... they’ve done nothing to fix townie generation in 10 years, and I doubt they ever will. At last we can use mods to make it a bit better. 😶
(Personally, I created some basic sims the game uses as templates for generating new sims with the Import Tray settings of the MC)
THIS! I don't know why they didn’t do that. They just need to add more styled looks for more variety (and keep adding more with new pack content), and it would be the perfect way to give us nice townies. They could even do the same with preset faces!

Yes, in any case, all the lots (with their intended location in the description) as well as the households (the house I built for them will also be mentioned in the description) will be on the gallery. So it won’t be too hard to set everything up in your own saves! 😊
C'est justement en voyant la save de mon frère que je me pose la question ! Si je me fais une save pour moi uniquement, je me sentirais pas obligé d'écrire des biographies, des descriptions de club, ou ni de vérifier que tout est parfaitement paramétré (vu que je pourrais toujours y revenir). 😅
I get the feeling that not that many people actually play with other people’s save files. So… we’ll see if I find the motivation!

As for the save file… Once the Sims are finished, I’ll still need to build 2–3 essential lots to make the save playable. But given the current state of the game, and the amount of work it takes to set everything up (biographies, relationships, clubs, and more), I’m not sure it’s really worth it.
I finally found the motivation to keep working on updating my families (I was just going to add turn-ons and romantic boundaries, but in the end I’m making a lot of changes).
Just about 9 households left, and then I’ll have to do the same with the townies (that’s nearly 300 Sims in total!). 😊

Au final j'ai pas lâché longtemps, j'ai profité de mon temps de repos pour commencer ce projet de mise à jour des sims (et il y a du taf...). J'ai hâte de pouvoir partager tout ça !
Also... I realized that several of my kitchens had an issue, they worked for preparing some meals, but not others (the cutting board Sims sometimes use has a large footprint). So I’m currently rechecking all of them! 😬
I'm also updating a few builds to reflect changes I made to the households. ☺️
