Gotcha! I wish there was some reporting as to what stage this was at. With a civil complaints it's easy enough to just say oh these are only allegations, but here, presumably someone with authority thinks there is something to this.

Any idea what kind of hearing this was? Reporting is pretty vague and whether or not a prosecutor was involved in today's hearing seems significant.
