Thoughts? Not sure I agree with most of it.
A friendly note of condolence to your productivity: Microsoft has just released Flight Simulator 2024. To celebrate, Yawman Flight has just launched its Black Friday deal early. Our advanced Arrow controller is now available for just $149. (usually $199) yawmanflight.com
Fastest way to make a starter pack? Want one with Flyertalkers here on bsky. Can you make them collaborative?
This was quite the FBO, definitely a step above the popcorn at signature.
We have the Breville version and is is a game changer in the hot cocoa department...
Just a bunch of whiney, nonsensical replies about moving to Bluesky is for cowards
Me: Come join us over on Bluesky

App store talking. we are number one. threads is number two. nothing else needs to be said.
We are the number one app in the United States. I repeat. We are the number one app in the United States.
I thought Twitter couldnβt get any worse. I canβt spend a minute on the platform with out the rate limit warning. Hopefully a new wave of BlueSky users incoming.
I know we didn't do an episode last week, but @theairshow.bsky.social is back this week with a look at the A321XLR. It's a full house with me, @jonostrower.bsky.social, and @briansumers.bsky.social podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/a...
Dead :( thank goodness for my Synology NAS, making it a pain but not a disaster.
Deleted. No need to keep it around for them to keep counting it as an active account.

Colder than Gander? Iqaluit, Nunavut, Canada. Only 9 hours non stop from Chicago.
Gas stop at Gander in the winter. Best part: hot cocoa in the FBO.
That was one fantastic trip.
More wacky phones, including the famous prison "butt phone" in the middle. Ick.
Just a few phones from my +1000 collection of retro devices.
Hooray for the days of wacky keyboards (or the lack of). Nokia sure knew how to take chances.
Sunset landing.
Who is old enough to remember PCMCIA cards? The best part was losing the little dongle needed to use it making it useless...
This is really great. My Bluesky feed is filled with familiar (non-toxic) names and things are headed in a good direction. While the brands can be a mixed bag, having the airlines and aerospace companies over here would be extremely useful. Pushing comms folks to expand over here.
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee........
From the baller days of gadgets::the AOL Blackberry communicator.
Nothing nicer than a shiny engine.
Clockwise from top left: looking out the window by my desk, me with an ARFF fire truck, a stairs truck and atop an ATC tower.
Hello new friends! Iβm an #avgeek who worked in accounting for an airport authority for 9+ years. Had many adventures incldg: airfield, ATC, AFM & ARFF tours, drove various airport vehicles, recorded announcements - even helped Ops run the deice pad! I took tons of pics & blogged all about it. πβοΈ
Every AvGeek needs one of these photos.
Holy shit. Imagine your two year old dying from your drugs, then trying to order life saving narcan through Uber π‘
That time I got to experience a fuel stop in Gander on our way to Shannon on a 737,
