Idk I feel like it needs to be more than just adding 1 vegetable to become a melt. A grilled cheese with tomato still feels like grilled cheese but with tomato. To me- adding meat like a patty, ham, or tuna makes it a melt, but just adding a veggie topping doesn't feel like it changes it enough 🤪
