It's here! The interview with amazing artist @jonahlobe.bsky.social has been posted to our YouTube and Spotify! They say don't meet your heroes, but Jonah exceeded all expectations, and it was fascinating learning more about how he created some of the most impactful creatures in Fallout!
That was how it was for our Fallout themed campaign. We started with 5e and had to use three different homebrews but after the OGL we switched to Pf2e we only had to reflavor stuff. They even have radiation sickness already written into the rules. Paizo is seriously the GOAT!

That means so much coming from you, especially with how well you run your games! I'm only on the second episode for yours, but I was hooked after the character introductions!
We moved our podcast from 5e to Pf2e after the OGL nonsense, and honestly, most of the rules are so very well explained that you can reflavor mostly everything you'll need. Also the chase mechanics are just *chef's kiss* and worth incorporating into sessions.
Any DM/GMs who run #Pathfinder2e ... how do you balance custom enemies and NPCs? I'm currently moving a long term campaign from DnD 5th to the PF2e refresh and it involves a LOT of custom statblocks, spells, etc. Making them useful but not overpowered is tough! Any suggestions?
