Les variations boursières de cette ampleur dans ce laps de temps n’ont aucun sens. Comme si la stratégie d’une entreprise s’évaluait au jour le jour. Nous sommes dans l’irrationnel, autant dans la hausse que dans la baisse.
Dans un sondage publié dans Nature, sur 5300 scientifiques interrogés, 53% ont quitté Twitter et 70%+ ont rejoint Bluesky. Quand les scientifiques partent de Twitter et rejoignent massivement un réseau social, c'est très bon signe !

Right ! Sustaining is surviving. It doesn’t change the market.
I stopped a few years ago to talk about innovation for sustaining improvements because this creates confusion once we talk about innovation management specificities and how innovation management differs from usual business management.
If there’s a problem on the market, then the current players in the ecosystem are (yet) incapable of doing something that is needed.
Then, there is a gap to fill that will positively change the market.
If you fill the gap with your solution, you bring added value to the market.
It’s #innovation

Innovation is about changing the market.
When you declare you want to design and build innovation, smart people will tell you that the foremost issue to address is identifying and understanding the problem you want to crack.
And the logic goes like this:

Le techno push est un moyen rapide pour en venir à comparer des specs techniques et banaliser son produit.
Cette banalisation pousse des entreprises à investir en R&D pour se "différencier", mais cela aboutit souvent à des gadgets inutiles et hors de prix qui n’apportent rien au marché.

We live in an era where stupidity has become the norm.
