CoC is great for one-shots. Lovecraft's works are amazing, so I've always liked that CoC brings an opportunity to immerse yourself in it.
I haven't tried Genesys yet, but I've heard good things about it as a system.

This was done in Z-Image Turbo (basic) with a LoRA for the art nouveau look. No complicated workflows or inpainting, just raw txt2img prompting.
