It's not just Natives and DREAMers who may be affected. Based on the interpretation they're trying to use to rob these groups of their rights ("subject to jurisdiction" = "owing immediate allegiance to") anyone who disagrees with the administration could potentially lose their citizenship.
Yeah, this is dangerous and shows what we're up against. Legal opinions that are decades in the making, jettisoning norms and twisting language to make it serve an agenda the country has been moving away from for generations. In this case...
