Public vent art isn't as effective as making them privately (for yourself) because your brain will rewire the positive response from social media as a reward plus validation, and negative ones as vindication, which will drive you to do the thing again instead of actually healing.

Your brain wasn't meant to be exposed to an onslaught of distressing information every other minute. If you feel exhausted mentally from this, it IS okay to take a break and recover.

If you don't take a break you will become more jaded by the day. Being jaded will make you want to give up. Don't let yourself become that way. And no, it's never too late.

This is the most corny and overdramatic thing, but seriously take care of yourself.
