Ha! Understandable. I promise they do an extremely well researched Trader Vic Mai Tai across the street at Three Dots. I imagine they were trying to differentiate the one on this menu.
I am very much in agreement with this sentiment. Next time you are in Chicago, the Three Dots folks have opened a new bar across the street, Gus’ Sip & Dip. Rectangular Cheers-esque bar counter. Servers in white coats. Menu is just 30 dialed in classics. All $12 each. Endorse.
